《足裏のできごと》

ビー チに降り立つと、流木などの漂流物や、足跡や海風によってできた凹凸など、様々な痕跡が足元に広がっていた。砂の感触を足の裏でたしかめるようにして、ビー チに足を踏み入れると、砂浜の起伏によって自分や漂流物の影が揺らいでいるように見える。
遠くの海が平面的に見える一 方で、ビー チに目を落とすと立体感をもったさまざまな表清が見えてくる。

When I stepped onto the beach, I found various traces of driftwood and other debris, footprints, and unevenness created by the sea wind. As I stepped onto the beach, I felt the sand with the soles of my feet, and the shadows of myself and the drifted objects seemed to sway with the undulations of the beach.
The distant ocean appears flat, while the beech reveals various surfaces with a three-dimensional effect.
