グラフィティカルチャーが発展した日本で最初の場所とされる桜木町エリアをメインに、環境整備の名の元に都市の汚れが覆い隠されタッチアップされていく様を、白い布で街の汚れを落とす行為によって再演出する。都市の様々な場所を白い布で清掃する様子を、ライターたちが匿名で公開しているボミング※1の記録映像のように、ボディカメラによる主観映像によって記録した映像作品
※1:グラフィティをストリートにかくこと。文字通り「爆撃する」という攻撃的なニュアンスが強く、違法行為によって法律や国家、資本主義経済などの社会システムに対して異議申し立てをするというグラフィティのゲリラ的な反骨精神が表現された言葉 (大山エンリコイサム 荏開津広 ”ボミング” https://artscape.jp/authors/egaitsuhiroshi (2024-06-20）)

《Voice cleaning》

Mainly focusing on the Sakuragicho area, which is considered to be the first place in Japan where graffiti culture developed, this work reenacts the way urban dirt is covered up and touched up in the name of environmental improvement, through the act of cleaning the city with a white cloth. A video work in which various locations in the city are cleaned with white cloths, documented by subjective images from a body camera, just like the recordings of bombing*1 that are published anonymously by writers.
*1: Graffiti on the streets. The term has a strong offensive nuance, literally “bombing,” and expresses the guerrilla-like rebellious spirit of graffiti that challenges the law, the state, the capitalist economy, and other social systems through illegal acts (Oyama Enrico Isamu Egaitsu Hiroshi”bombing “ https://artscape.jp/authors/egaitsuhiroshi (2024-06-20))
